Do I Have To Complete The Course In 1 Month?
We don’t like rules. The program is 4 sessions and is meant to take place over a 4-week period. It would be great to have you join us each week, but, we all have busy lives. We know this. If you are planning on being away (hopefully somewhere hot, and on a beach) during the 28 days, don’t worry; the program will be waiting for you when you get back.
How Does The Program Work?
The program starts with session one. Every week for four weeks you’ll get an email with a link to the course. Each of the 4 sessions comes with a workbook, video lessons, video trainings, and recipes. Each session has 5-7 videos, to be watched throughout the week or all at once. Expect to spend 35 minutes/week on the course plus your home cooking. We’ll also be supporting you through the process with bi-weekly reminder emails to keep you on track.
How Is This Different Than An Online Cooking Course?

Everyone wants to eat better and cook more at home but we simply lack the encouragement, inspiration, knowledge, and confidence to make it happen. I Don’t Cook Because I Don’t Have The Right Cooking Equipment. What Should I Buy?
This is not a problem. Everything you need can be found at garage sales or thrift stores (or maybe your mother’s cupboards?). You just need a few basics such as: one knife either a chef’s knife or long (6-8inch) utility knife and a small paring knife, a cutting board, a medium size saucepan with a lid and a sauté pan, a large soup pot with a lid, one bowl (medium-size will do), colander (for draining pasta and washing veggies), a wooden spoon, cheese grater, vegetable peeler, measuring cups and spoons, dishtowel and dish washing soap.
